Most battles are won before a single shot is fired… they are won in the preparation…

You only get out of a service what you put into a service…

Apologetics matter, but without love is an argument… truth matters, but without love it rings hollow… service is good, but without love it lacks a soul… preaching is good, but without love it is a lecture…

Never allow spiritual superstition to direct your life… hollow forms of godliness, heartless prayers, mindless fasts, disengaged bible study, all are ruts that lead to cold spirituality…

1. We must be focused on Christ and have the faith to believe that He can do what He says He can do…
2. We must use our greatest weapon; the love of God…
3. We must put on the armor of God and know we’re truly (not figuratively), but truly in a battle…
4. We must enter into that battle praising and worshiping God…
5. We must not allow the cheap substitute of spiritual superstitions to replace genuine experiences with God…

Praise God for such a powerful Word and a gifted Pastor who speaks the truth in love. May God give us help to walk in what we’ve heard.

  2. As my wife and I in Topeka are planning a Colorado vacation soon, I began to look for a church to visit should Hays fit into our timing. I discovered you and listened to your last two messages. What a wonderful blessing each brings!
