Gratitude, Praise and Worship

“How do you teach gratitude? How do you do this without loss…

Maybe the only two ways to know gratitude without experiencing loss, is in prayer, asking God to soften our hearts and to give us grateful hearts… and being aware of our blessing (making lists)…

Maybe gratitude is only expressed in two ways; praise… and a life given over to Him… “May the Lamb that was slain receive the prize of His suffering.”

The simple truth is God’s called us to live lives of gratitude…

Does this mean we need to thank God FOR our hardships and trials, I don’t believe so, but we can praise Him IN our hardships and trials…

Rejoicing, and prayer and thankfulness “is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

In your meetings encourage one another in the goodness of God…

Gratitude needs to saturate our lives even when we may not feel like it…

In our low places if we will remember and remind ourselves of His provision in the past, it will give us strength through the present low place…

Praise builds us up spiritually… helps to remove our burdens, increases our hope and faith, it gives us greater boldness to believe God for more…

Praise strengthens others to stand, and gives hope of deliverance… it will encourage other to praise in the middle of their storms… can help drive away doubt and fear…

He’s called us to gratitude,
He’s called us to worship,
He’s called us to praise,
In this God gives us a glimpse into what Heaven will be like…

This is not easy medicine… but is necessary to live a life of joy in Christ, and not remain mired in valleys of negative thinking…”
